By engaging All Access Vegas for VIP concierge services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Our services are provided on a tip-driven basis, with service fees charged for coordination, planning, and execution of your Las Vegas experience.
Service Fees
Service fees are charged for the coordination, planning, and execution of all VIP experiences. These fees cover our expertise, industry relationships, and dedicated attention to your requests. Service fees are separate from the cost of the actual services (restaurant reservations, show tickets, transportation, etc.) and are clearly itemized on your invoice.
Payment Methods
- Credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover)
- Debit card
- Wire transfer (for large bookings)
- Cash (in-person only)
Payment Schedule
Payment is typically due within 7 days of invoice issuance. For high-value bookings or special events, a deposit may be required to secure reservations. Final payment must be received before services are rendered.
Service Fee Refund Policy
All service fees are non-refundable once services have been performed. This includes coordination, planning, reservation securing, and relationship management with venues and partners.
Cancellation policies vary by service type. Please review the specific policy for each service category:
Show Tickets & Event Tickets
NO CANCELLATIONS OR REFUNDS
All show tickets, concert tickets, sporting event tickets, and special event tickets are non-refundable and non-cancellable once purchased. This policy applies regardless of circumstances, as tickets are secured through our industry relationships and cannot be resold.
Restaurant Reservations
- 72-Hour Notice: Full refund of any deposits (excluding service fees) with 72 hours advance notice
- 48-72 Hours: 50% refund of deposits (excluding service fees)
- Less than 48 Hours: No refund
- Special Dates: Holidays, New Year's Eve, major fight weekends, and special events require 7-day cancellation notice
Transportation Services
- 72-Hour Notice: Full refund (excluding service fees)
- 48-72 Hours: 50% refund (excluding service fees)
- Less than 48 Hours: No refund
- No-Show: Full charge applies
Nightclub & Dayclub Services
- 72-Hour Notice: Full refund of table deposits (excluding service fees)
- 48-72 Hours: 50% refund (excluding service fees)
- Less than 48 Hours: No refund
- Special Events: Holiday weekends, major fights, and special performances require 7-day cancellation notice
- Bottle Minimums: Non-refundable once bottles are opened or delivered to table
Tours & Excursions
- 7-Day Notice: Full refund (excluding service fees)
- 3-7 Days: 50% refund (excluding service fees)
- Less than 3 Days: No refund
Personal Shopping & Concierge
- 24-Hour Notice: Full refund (excluding service fees)
- Less than 24 Hours: 50% refund (excluding service fees)
Security Services
- 48-Hour Notice: Full refund (excluding service fees)
- Less than 48 Hours: No refund
- Hourly Minimums: Apply to all security bookings
Weather & Acts of God
Outdoor events may be subject to weather-related cancellations. In such cases, we will work with you to reschedule or provide alternative options. Refunds for weather cancellations follow the venue's or service provider's policy.
Venue Closures
If a venue closes unexpectedly or an event is cancelled by the venue, we will provide a full refund of all charges (including service fees) or work with you to secure comparable alternatives.
Medical Emergencies
In the event of a documented medical emergency, we will work with you on a case-by-case basis to provide refunds or reschedule services. Documentation may be required.
- Provide accurate information for all bookings (names, dates, party size, special requests)
- Arrive on time for all reservations and scheduled services
- Notify us immediately of any changes or issues
- Treat all venue staff, drivers, and service providers with respect
- Follow venue rules and dress codes
- Provide valid payment information and ensure sufficient funds
- Review and approve itineraries before services are confirmed
All Access Vegas acts as a concierge and coordinator. We are not responsible for the quality, safety, or performance of third-party service providers (restaurants, venues, transportation companies, tour operators, etc.). While we carefully select our partners and maintain strong relationships, we cannot guarantee specific outcomes or experiences.
Clients are responsible for their own behavior and any damages or incidents that occur during services. All Access Vegas is not liable for personal injury, property damage, or legal issues arising from client behavior.
We reserve the right to refuse service to any client who violates venue policies, treats staff disrespectfully, or engages in illegal activities.
We respect your privacy and maintain strict confidentiality regarding all client information, bookings, and experiences. We will never share your personal information with third parties except as necessary to provide services (e.g., providing your name to a restaurant for a reservation).
For VIP and high-profile clients, we offer enhanced discretion and security measures upon request.
